Preparing, Pricing and Staging your home.

  1. First, I'll meet with you at your home to identify maintenance and staging strategies that will increase the value and marketability of your home.
  2. Next, I'll perform an in depth Current Market Analysis (CMA) to establish your home's highest value.
  3. Finally, I'll prepare a "seller's proceeds at closing" estimate according to the projected sale price of your home. This will identify the expected costs and proceeds from a successful sale.
