Whether you are selling a home for the first time or have already experienced the process, I will be there to assist you every step of the way. Here are just a few of the essential home selling services I will provide:
Preparing, Pricing and Staging your home.
- First, I'll meet with you at your home to identify maintenance and staging strategies that will increase the value and marketability of your home.
- Next, I'll perform an in depth Current Market Analysis (CMA) to establish your home's highest value.
- Finally, I'll prepare a "seller's proceeds at closing" estimate according to the projected sale price of your home. This will identify the expected costs and proceeds from a successful sale.
Marketing Your Home

With my marketing plan, you'll have the maximum exposure on major websites such as Zillow, Trulia, craigslist, Yahoo, MSN, Odle, Realtor.com and many others. Aside from exposure through these major websites, listing your home with me will also include:

- When an offer arrives, I'll clearly explain the terms and condition of the buyer's proposal.
- I'll help you craft an appropriate response or counter offer to the.
- Even after an offer is recieved, I'll continue marketing for back up offers.
- When an offer is mutually accepted, I'll develop the timeline for inspections and contingencies.
- Following a buyer's inspection, I'll review any subsequent buyer requests and recommend the appropriate action as needed.
- While under contract, I'll work to hold the buyer's agent and lender accountable to the terms agred upon.
- Finally, I'll attend signing with you to close the transaction and ensure that you receive the proceeds due.
